Your article seems to be one-sided,you are focusing on the negative aspects of a religion, you cannot judge a religion based on the practices of its people.Furthermore I've noticed extensive quotations from the hadith books,do you realise that these books were compiled a few hundred years after Mohammed died, all the narrations are based on word of mouth stories from chains of narrators,a lot of muslim scholars dispute the legitimacy of many hadith since some people would change and manipuale handith for their own social and economic gains, you want to quote on Islam,i suggest you use the Quraan.
Islam proposes the unity of mankind, colour does not make one human being better than another, neither does religion, faith in one God and piety is all that matters in islam.
I suggest you refrain from being biased when viewing islam,it simply belittles your writing efforts and get to know the faith before you start passing comments around.Detach the culture, parctices, etc that entangle many a religion and focus on the core and maybe you'll understand what its all about.
Regards,
Ayesha
PS:Islam came to Africa in the 700's,the first migration made by the early muslims from the persecution of the Arabs was to East Africa.Get your facts right !!!!
