LINDA MOTTRAM: Zimbabwe's Opposition says the Commonwealth's decision is long overdue.

The Opposition Movement for Democratic Change says Commonwealth leaders have redeemed themselves after failing to take action for more than two years but the MDC says that the suspension won't relieve the suffering of the Zimbabwean people, now being compounded by deepening political unrest.
